What is a Journey Like?
Each person's experience is unique. Some will experience full color and sound just like a dream. Some will experience more with the sense that is most prominent for them such as hearing, knowing, sensing, smelling rather than seeing. For those it may just be a flash of a picture and then the other senses fill in the rest. The best way to describe it is like a daydream. It is pretty much a sustained daydream state where you can get in touch with the deeper parts of you.
We will ask your Higher Self to guide you to what you need to experience for your healing. Your job is simply to just describe in detail everything that comes up. As you do so, you will go deeper and get more information. For the first timer this may take a little bit of practice in the beginning, but as you go along it quickly becomes easier as you relax into the experience.
My job is to guide you in and help navigate around to important parts to explore and questions to ask to get us there. I ask for the body scan when it is appropriate and together you, I , and our teams in Spirit take care of anything that needs attention.
Sometimes clients will visit past lives to understand something and get to a root cause. Sometimes deceased loved ones, guides, or Angels will show up in the Journey to assist. Sometimes we discover spirit or entity attachments that need assistance. Sometimes physical ailments are healed on the spot, sometimes directions are given for a slower healing lesson. Everyone gets what is needed and what they are ready for at the time.
It is important to know that whatever your Higher Self deems is most necessary to show you at this time is what you will experience. So the best advice is to go in with no expectations and with a sense of Wonder and Adventure!

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is one of the most natural states we go to several times a day. It is simply the place you are at right before waking and right before falling asleep. In this state your conscious mind is relaxed your senses are focused. In this state your Subspace Mind, Higher Mind, Subconscious, God-Mind, Higher Self, whatever you wish to call it is able to relay information to you and you can pick it up easily. You are in a receptive state. The brainwave state we use for Quantum Healing Journey is mostly Theta.
Have you ever gotten a great insight to a problem while in the shower? How about driving home, did you ever have a weird sense that you do not even remember how you got home. You just did!
That is the wiser, more expansive part of you taking the wheel. We can harness this amazing part of you that is connected to the All.
We only think our Conscious waking mind has all the answers. In fact our thinking mind is estimated to only be about 5-10% use of our total mind. The rest is the real us. With a bit of practice, you will be able to access this part any time you wish.
Don't worry. Hypnosis is not someone controlling you. You are in control at all times. You can choose to stop at any time. You are in fact putting yourself into hypnosis. I cannot make you go there if you don't want to. I am just providing the voice and guidance to help you get there.
You will be able to hear, move, speak, and even take a bathroom break and can come right back and continue.
How to Prepare

It's helpful to get your brain used to going into a relaxed Theta state. Below are a few that you can listen to one or several times before your session. This is a great exercise. Headphones are best as some are binaural beats.

Music to help with creating a relaxed brainwave state
-Dress Comfortably. This is fun and relaxed, you will want to feel good while enjoy your Journey. You can lay down or sit up, whatever is comfortable for you. Have a throw or blanket nearby in case you need it. If anyone else is in the house ask them to give you privacy for the time we are having our session. Plan for up to 4 hours ( a session is usually 30min to 1-hour pre-talk, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours in session, and about 30 min after-talk) You can have the room dim, but leave a little bit of light so I can see your face.
-If we are meeting online, You will need some sort of headphones with a microphone if you have one. This way we can hear each other easily. Best to use a computer, but if you need to use a tablet or phone make sure you secure it where you can be seen. You won't be able to hold it during the session. Some people move around a lot and it could go flying lol.
-Drink your water! Drink plenty of fresh (preferably Spring) water the days leading up to and after your session. You should always be drinking nourishing water, but it's especially important for this time. Have a glass or bottle of water with you for the session. Eat before, but go easy on the caffeine too close to session time. Do not take any stimulants. You will want to eat soon after to help you get grounded also.
-Write as many questions/issues as you want. It will help you to get clear by writing them out. BUT then narrow them down to around 5 to10 main questions. We will set an intention for the session. I will help you with that in the pre-talk.
-As soon as you made the decision to have a session, your higher aspect was working with you and my higher aspect to begin healing, so don't be surprised if some of the questions you had in mind are resolved and change by the time you see me. That is the Magic of our Quantum selves!
-We will do a short interview at the beginning and go over your questions and discuss what hypnosis is like. It is not necessary to have had any sort of hypnosis session before, but it does help some simply because you will know more what to expect. It's kind of like riding a bike. When you get the hang of it, it happens naturally and easily. But if you are brand new, don't worry. It is simple and a natural state and you will do great. You only need to be willing and follow my guidance. Easy Peasy! Meditation practice is also helpful as you will be familiar with how an altered state feels. Basically, we are in and out of hypnosis state many times a day so it is something that is very familiar to your mind and body. The only difference is we will be holding that state with a purpose.
-You will be in control, I will be your guide asking questions to help navigate our journey together. Don't worry if you need to use the restroom in the middle of your session or get water, no problem. And If we get disconnected you will just open your eyes and reconnect and we will be off on a roll again.
-Most important. Have NO expectations! Don't try to dictate how you think the session will unfold. Be open to anything that needs to be explored. You will experience exactly what you are supposed to and need to experience. Some people have past lives, but many do not if it is not needed. All you have to do is relax and trust the information coming through. It will be awesome.
